A mother/son team makes for a true family business that is passionate about a heathy lifestyle. We started our journey to healthier eating about 14 years ago, when Joey was diagnosed with Crohns disease. We have since then tried many different ways to use food as not only enjoyment, but a type of medicine. We serve up local, fresh, whole foods, as well as local Kombucha on tap!
